Job Description:

Atlantic Health Sysyem is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work full-time, no weekends required in Morristown NJ for high paced Cardiac Rescue & Recovery office.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Candidate will manage physician(s) and administrative director’s calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, answer phones, manage programmatic projects, book travel.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Prepare communications, such as Memos, e-mails, invoice, reports and other correspondence.
  • Create and maintain filing system, both electronic and physical. Must be flexible and able to multitask.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 1 year prior administrative experience in a physician practice required
  • Microsoft Offices skills required along with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to manage more than one project at a time
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills a must
