The Hospital Staffing Supervisor will join a healthcare organization whose focus is to provide quality and compassionate care to the people within the community it serves. The Hospital Staffing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all hospital wide nursing staff. They will be in charge of the day to day clinical operations of the hospital. They will manage daily patient flow, hospital wide staffing, regulations, standards and patient satisfaction. The Supervisor will also help support the hospital wide Leadership Team and organizational goals.

The Hospital Nursing Administration Supervisor is required to have a New York Registered  Nursing license, 5 years of clinical experience and BSN. Prior leadership experience is recommended.
