SPA supports multiple programs at US Space Force’s Space Systems Center, including the Kobayashi Maru software factory. SPA

is a force enabler to USSPACECOM for POM strategies, program substantiation, JCIDS, and requirements management. We

provide highly qualified expertise to NASA’s Safety and Mission Assurance operations. We also deliver high-end advisory services

to the Intelligence Community's in support of strategic objectives, transformation initiatives and acquisition, technical, and business

processes.

SPA is looking for multiple mid level Acquisition Management Analysts to support a US Space Force customer.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) support for the Space Systems Command. This includes providing user support and guidance with respect to the daily use of the CCaR application and understanding of the proper procedures for operating web-based database programs. Additionally, qualified candidates will assist Government users with customer support f unctions and possess an ongoing understanding of the application’s multiple interfaces and how they support CCaR functionality, maintain the transfer of data, and provide training and instruction on the proper usage of all CCaR features and functions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4-6 years of DoD acquisition experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience in DoD acquisition policy for ACAT I, II, and III programs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) support is highly desirable
