Job Description:

As an Accounting Manager at Flow Health, you oversee our company's financial operations, ensuring the integrity of accounting information by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Manage and supervise a team of accountants and bookkeepers
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Perform accrual accounting and month-end closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreein accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA certificationpreferred
• Proficiency inusing accounting software, such as Quickbooks or similar platforms
• Strong knowledgeof corporate finance principles and financial management practices
• Excellentanalytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication abilities
• Ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadershipand team management skills
