About the Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to support full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, discovery, proposal coordination, and closing support. The right person knows how to start conversations, uncover business needs, communicate value, and move opportunities toward close.

This role is ideal for someone with experience selling marketing, advertising, digital, creative, or agency services. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, managing your own pipeline, and operating in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  2. Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and other channels
  3. Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospective clients
  4. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate marketing solutions
  5. Coordinate internally on scope, proposals, and sales support
  6. Help move opportunities through the sales process to close
  7. Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline records in company systems
  8. Represent iDelta in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner

Qualifications

  1. Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  2. Experience selling marketing, digital, advertising, creative, or agency services
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to run discovery, follow up consistently, and manage multiple opportunities
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  6. Excited by growth, performance, and the chance to build something meaningful
  7. Comfortable working independently and producing results

Compensation and Opportunity

This is a high-upside, performance-based sales opportunity for professionals who are confident in their ability to produce results. The role begins as a 1099 independent contractor position and includes a $1,500 ramp stipend during the first 30 days to support onboarding, training, and early momentum.

This role is built for salespeople who want the chance to prove themselves quickly and grow into a larger opportunity. High performers who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, and momentum during the first 90 days may be considered for transition into a full-time W-2 position with benefits.

Performance Expectations

This role includes clear ramp and performance expectations during the first 90 days. Team members are expected to actively use company systems, document sales activity, build pipeline, and demonstrate measurable progress in developing opportunities and producing business.
