The Account Executive position at Unishippers is a unique and rewarding inside business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunity for the salesperson looking for unlimited growth potential and uncapped residual commission coupled with a healthy base salary and uncapped commission. This unique compensation plan allows top performers to earn an annual six-figure income within 12 to 16 months.

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads, prospect, and qualify small-size companies across the U.S. (No territory limitations)
2. Outreach via cold calling
3. Consult, educate, and simplify shipping solutions
4. Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume
5. Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
6. Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process
7. Close, activate, and train decision-makers on our exclusive shipping platform.

1. Bachelor's Degree (PREFERRED)
2. Proven success generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a ‘hunter’ mentality
