• JOB DUTIES:*
• Provide premium service and build relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
• Calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions.
• REQUIREMENTS:*
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Type 40 WPM & High Speed Internet (50 Mbps download)
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• WORK ENVIRONMENT:*
• Remote but MUST LIVE IN FOLLOWING STATES: CO, AZ, and TX,) *
• Contract position through February*

• Mon-Fri 8a-6p MST *
• Regular Schedule:* Mon-Sat 6a-6p MST (schedules are not set - schedule bid biweekly)
