Company Overview

Class VI is a purpose-driven organization that has a caring team, strong culture, very happy clients, and high levels of job satisfaction. The diverse nature of our work and client engagement makes for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience.

We provide advisory services, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.

We have an incredibly talented team that provides excellent client service (measured in client referenceability and our Net Promoter Score). And we are continuously growing, which provides growth and development opportunities for our team.

Our Core Purpose drives all we do:

Entrepreneurs and the good they do for our communities make the world better in innumerable respects. We serve entrepreneurs so they can continue the good work they do in their businesses and communities.

We live by these Core Values:

Hustle: Our clients appreciate us because they know we have their backs, that we will work tirelessly to help them achieve their dreams, and our attentive responsiveness makes each client feel like they are our only client.

Humility: Instead of the approach of being the “smartest people in the room” that many investment banks take, we never lose our humility, seek to expand our perspective and learn from others, and have a driving desire to always grow personally and professionally.

Relationships: We demonstrate our commitment to our clients and each other daily, always being there to help each other, with our focus on being there for our clients whether a deal happens or not, and our commitment to always doing the right thing, even when it hurts.

Compensation

Target all-in comp of $110-140k, including base salary and target bonus. Generous benefits package offered. Bonus compensation is tied to both overall firm performance (financial metrics, i.e., revenue target) and individual performance.

We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or handicap, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
