Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend products.
  • Process orders, provide quotes, and follow up on leads with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.

 

Who You Are:

  • A proactive sales professional with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in industrial products or B2B sales.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.
