About the role
The position is at an edtech company. This is not the typical leadership role. As a company, we have often sacrificed maximum growth in a deliberate effort to grow responsibly. While experience in K-12 education technology is desirable, we are open to people from other fields.
As a generalist, you have led and managed a variety of core HR functions in your career. You design, enhance, and implement HR processes in a human-centered, fair, and compassionate way. You are a clear communicator and empathetic listener who cultivates psychological safety, openness, and compassion in challenging conflicts and employee issues. You value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you work vigilantly to ensure policies and processes are fair and equitable.
Benefits
Pay: $160k to $250k annually.
