Global Finance S&A Director with Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Highlands Ranch, CO)

Evaluate current and historical financial data and review logistical functions. Develop financial work process solutions for Finance Global Process Owners (Accounts Payable; Project Accounting & Billing; General Accounting; Management Reporting) across functional pillars. Coordinate and implement standardization and automation initiatives. Monitor S&A initiatives, maintain standards and effective project controls, track metrics and incorporate continuous quality improvement. Identify problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw insights and conclusions on process quality, communicate to Finance Leadership and leverage this information to effect necessary change. Develop templates, standards, process flows, and reporting suites and aid in development and roll-out of a global quality management system. Drive the development of high-quality process documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures for all key finance functions. Safeguard quality and oversee global adoption of use. Assist software implementation and integration projects between Arcadis' ERP system and third-party bolt-on solutions, including (but not limited to) Oracle ERP Cloud & OneStream. Provide ad-hoc support, analysis, and reporting to Global Finance Transformation Director and Finance Leadership Team as needed.

Position allows for telecommuting and requires up to 20% travel, both domestic and international, including travel to the Arcadis office in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Position requires 3 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules, including Payables, Receivables (incl. Billing), Contract Management, Projects, and Expenses, transactional processing, system configuration and workflow design, and financial and project management modules of Oracle eBS; ERP System maintenance and testing cycle; Core finance & accounting processes in a large, shared services environment (Accounts Payable, Collections, Project Accounting & Control, Billing, General Accounting, Reporting, Procurement); Organizational restructuring or transformation of finance & accounting processes of a multinational corporation, including process analysis (value stream mapping), data mining, flowcharting, and redesign; Business process automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition, and RPA including UI Path and MS Power Automate Desktop); Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Power BI, to develop exception reporting, monitoring transactions, and process performance; and Developing Risk-Control Frameworks, SOD governance, testing of controls & SOD conflicts, and integration of best practices and controls into finance & accounting processes and ERP system to minimize financial and operational risk.

Offered Wage: $112,112 to $152,112 per year
