Are you a pro at striking up a conversation and explaining complex information in a way that’s easy to understand? Our office is on the hunt for individuals like you to join our team, where you'll be responsible for helping potential customers enroll in our various programs. 

Our selection of products keeps you on your toes as you're tasked with educating inbound contact. All of our contact requests come directly from individuals who have expressed a keen interest in our offerings,

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + 8 Saturdays per year (1/2 Days)
  • 40K-70K First Year + Guaranteed Annual Raises

Responsibilities of Our Customer Service/Sales Representatives

  • Be proactive and actively listen to the callers' needs and develop the best solution to fit their needs.
  • Connect and empathize with people in such a way that your ultimate desire is to help them find a solution that allows you to seamlessly enroll them in any applicable programs that they are interested in.
  • Clearly explain the solution they have customized for them so that they fully understand what options they have available to them.
  • Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards on every call. Above and beyond is in our culture and DNA.
  • Multi-task so that they can access all the necessary information to provide an accurate and detailed recommendation.
  • Need to be able to close the sale and enroll them in the solution we are offering. Once they have developed a valid solution that meets their needs, finish the call by closing the sale and getting them fully enrolled.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to obtain industry licenses as required (paid for by us*)
