This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

This position is responsible for working with all levels of internal and external management, and business unit counterparts as the pharmacy Smart Matter Expert (SME). The Client Services Manager also;

 

  • Maintains direct contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Builds and strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Owns and maintains accurate client reporting, program outcomes, product training, open tasks and projects related to the client’s pharmacy program.
  • Manages and keeps track of any contract updates, renewals, service level agreements.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to recognize cross-sell opportunities to clients
  • Handles inquiries and requests from customers and support their needs
  • Stays client focused, data centric by analyzing, understanding, and articulating pharmacy outcomes.
  • Has the ability to forward think, solution issues by providing recommendations to resolve or redirect work-flow or process within the pharmacy programs
  • Meets regularly with other team members and business units to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generates reports and presentations for clients and internal senior leaders within the organization
  • Identifies up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s)


Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree desired

 


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Desire to achieve successful knowledge of work compensations & pharmacy industry and achieve Smart Matter Expert (SME) status
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capable to work diligently independently and within groups
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Professional experience in an account management or customer service role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadline driven tasks and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Business Degree desired
  • Professional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)
