Help develop a new class of robots! We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. You will be responsible for electrical systems (like sensors, power electronics, compute) in our cutting-edge robot, from concept to production. This will involve close collaboration with our other electrical engineers, as well as our mechanical and software teams. Our team is dedicated to creating exceptional technology through collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills while contributing to an industry-changing product.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, prototype, design, test, debug, and oversee production of PCBA hardware
• Perform electrical system architecture design including trade-offs, component selection and future design planning
• Root cause issues, create comprehensive test plans, and develop cycle-based test infrastructure
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Software and Production teams

Requirements

• 3+ years experience taking printed circuit board designs from concept to high volume production
• Fluent in PCBA design software, like Altium or KICAD
• Deep understanding of analog, digital, embedded systems, and power electronics
• Able to take ownership of projects and requirements with minimal supervision
• Experience in C, C++, or Python (preferred)
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Up to 10% travel (within US) for site visits
