Job Summary:

Maintaining contact list of all project stakeholders and team members.

Scheduling meetings and calls and recording minutes.

Provide guidance as it relates to program policies and procedures.

Be able to submit applications or other financing request.

Maintain general oversight of design, construction, and technical operations.

Review and analyze completed documentation needed in support of a loan or grant application.

Performing management and certification audits.

Obtaining information and documentation from stakeholders and team members.

Ensuring that documents and schedules are in hand for critical project deadlines.

Performing research and reference checks for potential vendors and service providers.

Preparation of schedules and reports.

Report writing and assisting with the formatting, publishing, recording, and sharing of reports and documents.

Ensuring that documents are organized and stored for access by team members and stakeholders as appropriate.

Other deliverables assigned by the Project Lead.

Must maintain a growth-oriented mindset.

Must have valid driver’s license and valid passport.

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years related Rural Utility Services (RUS) experience

Preferred Qualifications: (if applicable)

BA/BS in related field
