The company has recently completed a Series A investment led by Sallyport Holdings, who have billions of dollars worth of exits under their belt, and are actively involved, young, and ready to support high-growth technology companies like EngoPlanet. You’ll be standing shoulder to shoulder with industry makers and company builders.

EngoPlanet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind some of our most critical projects and coordinating efforts to ensure successful outcomes. This is your chance to take the helm, steering local and international projects from conception to completion, and making a significant impact. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for managing complex projects, a passion for navigating challenges to successful completion, and a desire to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Spearhead and manage all facets of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
  • Craft detailed project plans, encompassing resource allocation, task sequencing, and risk assessment, to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Coordinate and communicate efficiently with international teams, establishing clear and effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress vigilantly, identify potential risks or obstacles early, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent project derailment.
  • Evaluate project outcomes meticulously, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to optimize project performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on supply chain management, ensuring efficient and timely procurement, production, and delivery of project components, in line with EngoPlanet's commitment to sustainability and innovation.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution- oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if required, to meet project demands and build relationships with international teams.

What’s in it For You

  • We offer a competitive salary package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative company at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions.
