We are Seeking Experienced Printing Press Operators for Future Opportunities.

Our Press Operators are responsible for:

• Ensure products meet required specs
• Safely run precision equipment and follow SOPs
• Perform scheduled operator maintenance duties
• Participate in Kaizen events to optimize and improve processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Precision Printing Press experience is a Must
• Expertise & in-depth knowledge of all press functions and processes with hands-on experience running multi-web presses
• Ability to identify and perform process-based troubleshooting
• Proven ability and experience producing high-quality products
• Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations and read a ruler
• Ability to understand technical directives
• Ability to follow instructions, demonstrations and practices
• Extremely detail oriented and organized with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent team mindset and skills necessary to clearly communicate
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50-lbs and safely operate hoists
• Ability to achieve & maintain acceptable levels of safety, quality and production
• Based on operational need, may be asked to train Associates on equipment/process/product.
• Applicants must be US citizens and be able to demonstrate suitability for a Position of Public Trust
