OBJECTIVES

To oversee and elevate the theater company's beverage offerings across all national locations, ensuring quality, profitability, and alignment with the theater's brand and audience preferences. By curating a diverse beverage selection, forging partnerships with suppliers and local artisans, and analyzing sales trends, the role seeks to enhance the overall patron experience and drive incremental revenue. As the steward of the national beverage strategy, the objective is to consistently deliver exceptional and memorable drink experiences that complement the theater's artistic endeavors and resonate with audiences from coast to coast.

ROLE PURPOSE

To create, develop and oversee a dynamic and guest focused National Beverage program that enhances our luxury cinema experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Legal compliance and risk avoidance

• Development of theater bar operation team

• Training program and materials

• Financial performance of bar program

• Beverage agency relationship

• Procurement alignment and communication

• Menu, product & pricing compliance

• Design and engineering of beverage program including drink development, programming, activation and marketing calendars

• National supplier and distributor relationships

• Standardize KPIs and reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, marketing and/or business; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of current experience as a senior leader in a recognized beverage program

• 10+ years of leadership experience in F&B, entertainment, cinema or related industry

• Ability to perform in high-pressure and time-sensitive deliverable environment

• Must demonstrate creative and effective problem-solving abilities

• Must possess strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
