About Client Success Delivery Manager Beverage Alcohol
The Client Success Delivery Manager is responsible for the daily delivery and execution of assigned client accounts and managing and mentoring team members. You will oversee the performance, development, and management of direct reports while building strong relationships across internal departments and external partners. This role will work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams. You will seek to proactively provide thought leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.

About Client Success Delivery
The Client Success Delivery Team is responsible for the successful delivery of contracted projects and services for our customers. We serve as the primary client contact for all deliverables for the given account, including gathering requirements, coordinating execution with internal BrandMuscle departments, providing timelines, status updates, and managing hours for all client deliverables. Clients Success is also responsible for the education and training of clients and their end users on BrandMuscle products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ongoing day-to-day client relationship management on assigned accounts
  • Oversee the performance, development, and management of direct reports
  • Responsible for execution of all print fulfillment, orders, and management on assigned accounts
  • Build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners
  • Manage all aspects of technical, creative and print projects, including project planning, fact-finding, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost
  • Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams
  • Lead client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes.
  • Train new team members and current team members on print production, product and processes, be able to provide client-facing training as necessary.
  • Proactively provide thought leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.

 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment preferred
  • 2+ years of team supervision experience
  • Previous print production and/or print fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Advertising, Alcohol and Beverage industry knowledge, commitment to client service required
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on advertising deadlines
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and have a team player mentality
  • Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software and applications quickly
  • Some travel required
