International Retail Operations is seeking to hire an operations services manager-TLA to work on our dynamic team, supporting over 18,000 stores in 82+ countries. As an international operations services manager, you will provide operational expertise and consultation across the international ops community, assist the program managers in planning, development, and implementation of ops strategic priorities, and maintain operations standards and excellence.

 

 

As anInternational Operations Services Manager, you will…

  • Lead multiple priorities within a track of work and will be responsible for understanding change management and project deliverables. This includes roadmaps, project plans, implementation materials/tools and consultation support
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and stakeholders across international to develop operational materials that meets the end user needs. Including, but not limited to, ops excellence, core learning, program/project materials and resource manual content
  • Support program managers in the development of strategic initiatives and building of implementation materials, while being the conduit between enterprise functions, regional operations services, and market teams

 

 

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Deep and strong knowledge of store operations, processes, and procedures
  • Places a high value on quality with a sharp eye for detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, using plain English and the ability to convey ideas and standards in a clear, succinct, and appropriate way
  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize work, and has some basic project management skills (project plans, timelines, etc.)
  • Can identify opportunities for improvement and suggest alternate ways of doing things

This is a 6-month TLA that is anticipated to start by 7/31/23 and end on 1/28/24, subject to change depending on business needs.

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed

 

If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week.
