ECI Group is actively hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Washington DC-based team. As we continue to establish a name for ourselves in the Telecommunications industry, we are seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as anEntry Level Sales Associate.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn while training alongside seasoned Entry Level Sales Agents in order to fully comprehend the basics of the role
• Master client product knowledge to aid in answering any consumer inquiries and properly recommend products and / or services that may fit their needs
• Work directly with client consumers and handle each interaction with the utmost professionalism while maintaining company guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Fully educate consumers and ensure they understand all products and services’ features and benefits
• Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Entry Level Sales Agents
• Participate in professional and leadership development and assist in training new Entry Level Sales Agents over time
• Contribute during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with consumers

Requirements of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other business-related fields of study
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service or other consumer-facing fields
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels
• Must possess willingness to grow and develop professional skill sets beyond the entry-level role of the Sales Agent
• Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
