General Electrodynamics Corporation (GEC), the leader in Weight and Balance Systems for Aircraft and Truck Scales, is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with 1 – 2 years’ experience programming microcontrollers (MC) and hardware experience choosing electronic components to meet requirements. GEC integrates new technology into Aircraft and Truck Scales to be stringent performance and environmental requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor degree EE - Integrate MC into electronic circuit

- 1 – 2 years’ experience - MC ADC working knowledge

- MC programming C/C++ - MC knowledge Timers, UARTs, GPIO

Desired Knowledge:

· Embedded programming C/C++

· Setting up MC memory, assign ports, initiate timers, use DACs, SPI / I2C

· Knowledge using graphic and character LCD Modules

· Knowledge WiFi and Blue Tooth communication modules

· Working knowledge PCB schematic, layout tools and design file packages

Preferred Additional Skill Sets:

· Knowledge of Tablets – Microsoft / Apple and programming environments

· Knowledge of Microsoft – .Net, Visual Basic, C programming and environments

· Knowledge of Apple – X-Code and Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: +/- $80,000.00 based upon experience and skill sets
