We are looking to hire a full time lead screen printing press operator ASAP. The perfect candidate for this position wants to make amazing shirts, has great attention to detail, and has minimum 2+ years experience running an automatic press. Come work in our A/C warehouse on new equipment.

Candidates must have the following skills:

1. Be able to setup detailed multi-color designs onto various types of apparel.

2. Have great attention to detail and quality check printed items during the production run.

3. Make corrective adjustments as needed and have no spots or ink pin holes on the finished pieces.

4. Mix pantone matching ink colors

5. Meet production schedules in a timely manner to stay on top of customer demands.

6. Take pride in your work and show up daily on time and be ready for any challenge.

7. Strong work ethic, honest and dependable.
