Responsibilities:

- Build and manage work orders, ensuring accurate and comprehensive details for job execution.

- Approve jobs for scheduling and execution based on established guidelines.

- Review and analyze every job submitted by the sales staff for profitability.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless workflow.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.

- Provide guidance and support to production teams to optimize efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in production management or a related field.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of roofing or construction industry practices (preferred but not required).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
