We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with strong technical knowledge, analytical precision, and a creative mindset—someone who can build visibility not just for Google, but across emerging search ecosystems.
Job Summary
The SEO Specialist (AI & LLM Expertise) will lead Brello’s organic visibility efforts, driving performance across both traditional search and AI-powered platforms. This role blends advanced SEO techniques, semantic search optimization, and AI innovation—particularly focusing on large language model (LLM) search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
You’ll shape Brello’s post-domain migration SEO roadmap, develop schema structures, and create scalable AI-assisted workflows that maintain human authenticity and a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of turning complex data into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with Brello’s growth roadmap and marketing calendar.
- Conduct keyword and competitive research within wellness, longevity, and weight management niches.
- Optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages for high-intent, compliance-safe keywords.
- Implement metadata (titles, descriptions, H1s, schema) and maintain strong internal linking.
- Partner with content teams to create EEAT-driven content that balances engagement and credibility.
Technical SEO
- Perform site health audits, identifying crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance site structure, mobile responsiveness, and speed.
- Maintain XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and redirects.
- Apply SEO best practices within WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking and data validation.
AI & LLM Optimization
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for keyword clustering, content briefs, and metadata improvement.
- Research AI search trends (SGE, Perplexity, etc.) to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Build AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency while keeping content authentic.
- Document and optimize AI processes to scale performance and maintain brand tone.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work with Content, Paid Media, CRO, and Email teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Provide SEO insights during campaign planning, page launches, and creative briefings.
- Maintain task visibility and progress tracking in ClickUp or Monday.com.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) via GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.
- Deliver monthly reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present quarterly summaries highlighting growth trends and strategy refinements.
- Translate AI-driven insights into clear, story-based presentations for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Proficiency with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
- Understanding of schema, Core Web Vitals, and current SEO frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO for DTC or wellness/eCommerce brands.
- Proven results in optimizing for LLM and AI search ecosystems.
- Background in backlink strategy, digital PR, or content collaboration.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site architecture for troubleshooting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually (based on experience).
