Job Summary
We’re looking for an SEM Specialist (Google Ads Manager) to lead our paid search and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Discovery, and Display. This role is both strategic and hands-on, directly influencing Brello’s customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
You’ll manage large budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and build innovative campaigns that scale our health and wellness brands efficiently — while staying compliant with advertising policies. Reporting to the VP of E-Commerce, you’ll combine analytics, creativity, and collaboration to deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Media Planning
- Develop and refine paid media strategies across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max.
- Create detailed media plans with KPIs, targeting, testing priorities, and budget allocations to improve ROAS and CAC.
- Research competitors, audiences, and keywords to uncover new opportunities.
- Align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and growth goals.
- Ensure all strategies meet Google’s health and wellness advertising standards.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage daily ad operations — from keyword bidding to creative testing and performance analysis.
- Optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and Quality Score.
- Perform regular search term audits and build strong negative keyword lists.
- Use audience segmentation, remarketing, and dynamic campaigns to boost acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with creative and UGC teams to test visuals, messaging, and video content.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API.
- Build Looker Studio dashboards for real-time insights on spend, conversions, and ROI.
- Work with data and CRO teams to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks.
- Share weekly optimization updates and monthly performance reports.
- Participate in quarterly reviews to highlight progress and next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with SEO, Content, Email, and Product teams for unified marketing strategies.
- Work with Creative and CRO teams to test landing pages and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure tracking accuracy and site performance.
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and email.
- Keep all tasks and updates organized in ClickUp or Monday.com.
Innovation & Growth
- Stay updated on AI-driven bidding, automation tools, and new ad formats.
- Test and share new strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Present campaign insights and experiment results to leadership.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen Brello’s overall paid media strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns in eCommerce or wellness.
- Proven success managing $50K–$500K+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS and CAC results.
- Deep knowledge of campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of Performance Max and YouTube campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills — able to turn data into clear insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as health, wellness, or supplements.
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Adalysis, or Optmyzr.
- Experience managing multi-country campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills.
- Passion for creative testing and measurable growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience).
