We’re searching for a highly organized Marketing Strategist who can confidently lead client relationships, manage marketing projects, and drive strategy — especially in funnels, lead generation, and Facebook Ads for local home service businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for multiple clients, handling meetings, communication, and performance reporting
- Develop and manage marketing plans, assigning tasks and coordinating with consultants
- Build and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns (Advantage+, creative testing, and more)
- Create and execute ad strategies that align with Meta’s new Andromeda update
- Write creative briefs and work with design teams to produce high-performing ads
- Analyze data and deliver clear, actionable monthly reports (video or written)
- Oversee multiple accounts and ensure all campaigns meet or exceed goals
Compensation
Base Pay: $1,500–$7,500/month (based on total client MRR managed)
Bonus: $300–$700/month per Facebook Ads account (based on ad spend and workload)
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or an agency environment
- Proven record of managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative strategy skills
