Position Overview

We’re looking for a Regional Director of Sales with a proven background in B2B outside sales. In this role, you’ll help expand Webserv’s presence within the behavioral health industry — including detox, residential, PHP/IOP, and mental health programs.

You’ll be the face of Webserv in your region, building relationships with facility owners, CEOs, and marketing directors while presenting our marketing and admissions solutions.

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. You’ll receive a monthly marketing budget for outreach and travel, along with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at treatment centers (CEOs, COOs, Marketing and Admissions Directors)
  2. Manage your own regional pipeline, calendar, and leads
  3. Conduct discovery calls and present Webserv’s marketing solutions both virtually and in person
  4. Represent Webserv at behavioral health conferences and industry events within your territory
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing and client success teams to create customized proposals
  6. Identify growth opportunities in healthcare, wellness, and emerging mental health markets
  7. Track all sales activities and revenue forecasts in HubSpot CRM

Preferred Backgrounds

You don’t need direct digital marketing sales experience to apply — we also welcome professionals from the behavioral health business development field who want to transition into marketing and technology sales. Ideal candidates may include:

  1. Business development or outreach reps for addiction and mental health treatment centers
  2. Toxicology (Lab) or RCM billing sales representatives
  3. Professionals with existing referral networks in behavioral health

If you have strong industry connections and are eager to learn digital marketing, we’ll provide comprehensive training and onboarding.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3+ years in B2B outside sales (behavioral health, agency, SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing preferred)
  2. Existing relationships within the behavioral health industry are highly valued
  3. Proven ability to close high-value service contracts ($5K–$50K/month range)
  4. Understanding of key marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, CRO, and web design)
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills with a self-starter mindset
  6. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
  7. Willingness to travel regionally for meetings and conferences (10–25%)
